Máximabet may update, modify, edit and supplement the Máximabet rules at any time. Any substantial modification of the Máximabet rules will be notified in advance by Máximabet to the Account Holder, before coming into effect and will require your consent. General introduction, definitions and stipulations
1.1 The "Account Holder" is an individual who has a contractual relationship with Máximabet by creating a Máximabet Account on the Website.
1.2. A "Máximabet Account" is an account held by the Account Holder, for transactions in good faith, with the strict purpose of establishing a normal business relationship with Máximabet and with the strict purpose of carrying out betting and other gaming operations.
1.3 The “Agreement” is the contractual relationship between Máximabet and the Account Holder and shall be constituted and governed by the Máximabet Rules, i.e. the “Terms and Conditions”.
1.4 The “Website” is the internet gateway accessible via the internet address www.Máximabet.lat, where all current and relevant information about Máximabet’s operations is published and through which the Services are provided to the Account Holders.
1.5 The “Services” are the gaming and betting offers provided by Máximabet to the Account Holder via the Website.
1.6 A “card” refers to all types of cards with a “payment”, “collection”, “debit”, “credit”, “virtual” and/or similar function.
1.7 A “Payment Solution Provider” is an intermediary that acts as a payment agent for various different payment methods.
1.8 A “Financial Institution” is a bank and/or other institution regulated by an applicable Domestic Financial Services Law or similar.
1.9 “Force Majeure” means any occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of the affected party which leads to a delay or neglect in the performance of the contractual obligation of the affected party and, for the purposes of the Máximabet Rules, includes acts of God, governmental restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any required license where such denial or cancellation is made without the fault of the affected party), war, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fire, explosions, floods, thefts, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
1.10 The “Client Application” means the web browser application opened by the Account Holder to use the Services.
1.11 The “Software” means all software used by Máximabet to offer and/or operate the Services and/or run the Client Application.
1.12 The “Prize” is an amount, bonus or reward that can be won by the Account Holder.
1.13 An “Inactive Account” is a Máximabet Account that has not registered any log-in and/or log-out for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
1.14 Bets are void if there is an inaccuracy in the names of players or teams, if incorrect odds are offered, if an incorrect total is quoted, if an incorrect handicap is quoted, etc. In such cases, bets are void.
1.15 All trademarks, service marks and trade names, as well as images, graphics, texts, concepts or methodologies (collectively the “Intellectual Assets”) found on the Website, the Client Application and the materials contained therein are the exclusive property of Máximabet and/or Máximabet’s suppliers and partners. The Account Holder has no right to exploit or otherwise use any Intellectual Asset for any purpose except as permitted by law.
Account Rules
2.1 Creating a Máximabet Betting Account
2.1.1 An individual may not participate in a game for money unless that individual is the Account Holder. In order to be registered as a player, the individual must register in person and submit a registration application. The following information must be provided:
- Date of birth and provide valid identification that shows that the player is over eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable legal age as stipulated in the jurisdiction of his/her residence (identification documents that must be submitted include: copy of a valid ID, passport or driver’s license);
- First name and surname of the player;
- Full residential address of the player;
- Valid email address of the player;
- A username and password
2.1.2 The individual who wishes to become an Account Holder warrants and represents that he/she is not under 18 years of age. Minors may not register as players and may not have a Máximabet Account. Máximabet reserves the right to request additional proof of age and to carry out additional checks to verify the information provided. A Máximabet account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is submitted.
2.1.3. The individual applying to become an Account Holder also warrants and represents:
- To be a natural person (a legal entity will not be accepted as an Account Holder);
- Not be a resident of Uganda, Iraq, South Africa, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Sweden, Romania, Belarus, Switzerland, Lithuania, Monaco, Estonia, Latvia, Isle of Man, Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Kingdom of the Netherlands (Netherlands, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius, Saba), France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kahnawake, Libya, Macau, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City, Yemen (please be aware of specific country exclusions for Casino - Games - Live Casino, Poker and Bingo); Máximabet reserves the right to block access and not pay out winnings to players from the aforementioned countries.
- Not be a professional player in any sport, competition or league on which Máximabet offers betting;
- Not be restricted by limited legal capacity;
- Not be acting on behalf of another party;
- Not be classified as a compulsive gambler and/or be included (voluntarily or involuntarily) in any registry or database of excluded players;
- Not deposit money derived from criminal and/or other illegal activities;
- Not deposit money via a Card that the Account Holder is not authorized to use and/or use a Card in a jurisdiction where betting and gaming are prohibited;
- Not carry out criminal activities through which a Máximabet Account is directly or indirectly involved;
- Not to use the Services if it is illegal in your country of residence or otherwise restricted therein, not to purchase or use Máximabet services and/or to participate in the games offered. The Account Holder’s responsibility is to ensure that his/her use of the Máximabet website and services is lawful;
- Not to find the website or services offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent; and
- To keep his/her Máximabet account details up to date in terms of: first and last name, country of residence, valid email address and telephone number.
2.1.4 An individual who applies for a Máximabet Account acknowledges and accepts:
- All definitions and stipulations as set out in the Máximabet Rules;
- The Máximabet rules published on the website, as well as any possible future amendments to the Máximabet Rules;
- That the Agreement is governed by:
(i) the Máximabet Rules, published in English;
(ii) any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by governmental authorities; and
(iii) the Applicable Law of the Place of the Contract.
Rules for accepting bets on sports events.
2.2 The Organizer has the right to cancel any bonus, accumulated prize and/or any winnings if the Organizer is confident that the Player has implemented a fraud system. In this case, the Organizer will freeze the Player's special gaming account, and if there are funds, will make a refund to the payment system that was used by the Player to replenish the gaming account.
2.3. Fixed gambling
If the Organizer has sufficient facts to suspect the case of a fixed gambling, he may cancel the winning remunerations and make a new payment of the payments already made to the Player's special gaming accounts. The mentioned suspicions may include data regarding amounts and characteristics, as well as all down payments made by all possible methods.
Betting rules
3.1 The betting company accepts bets on the outcome of sports events and other events with deliberately unknown outcomes, including using telecommunication networks.
3.2 Every time a customer downloads a request, regardless of the media resource used (via the Internet or mobile services), whether by opening an account or using an existing account, placing bets or participating in any game, receiving any winnings, the customer agrees to the current version of the Rules and is obliged to act in accordance with these Rules. Every time a user downloads the client, registers an account, uses an existing account, places bets in any game, has any type of winnings, etc., this means that the user agrees and is obliged to act in accordance with the current rules.
3.3 Máximabet has the right to make any changes and additions to the rules set forth herein, provisions and payments without prior individual written notice. Users are notified about this through appropriate announcements. The conditions of previously (made) bets remain unchanged, and accepted bets are subject to the rules in force at the time of acceptance.
3.4 Máximabet reserves the right to refuse any service to any person without disclosing the reason(s).
Website usage policy
4.1 Máximabet shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage claimed to arise from the use of this website or its content. This provision applies equally to the use or misuse of the website content by any person, the inability to access or use the website, delay in operation or transmission of data, communication line failures, any errors, misprints or omissions in the website content.
4.2 Uploading photos and videos from the website or its sub-sites is permitted for private use only. The publication, transmission or reproduction of data for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Máximabet actively monitors the traffic of its website, and reserves the right to block access in the event of suspected automated betting (bots).
Glossary
5.1 Basic terms accepted in this edition of the rules:
“Single” – a bet on a single event;
“Express” – this is a bet on the outcome of several different events simultaneously. When you place a bet on the outcome of two or more events (for example, two different football matches), you can combine them into “Express”. To win an express bet, you must not have any wrong predictions (losses) on any of the outcomes included in the express. Loss on one of the outcomes of an express bet means loss on the entire bet. Winnings on an express bet are equal to the product of the bet amount by the odds of the played outcomes included in the express (if one of the bets included in the express bets has a return, then its odds are equal to 1).
“System” – a series of “express bets” on a certain series of events. Each combination of the system is calculated with an independent express bet. To win in the system, it is enough that the specified number of predictions out of the total number is correct (it is defined by the name, i.e., for example, in the “3 out of 4” system, it is necessary that 3 out of 4 predictions are correct, for “5 out of 7” it is necessary to correctly predict the outcome of five events out of 7 options, etc.). It should be borne in mind that since only a part of the total bet amount is specified in each of the express bets of the system bet (proportional to the number of options), the winnings for such a system bet will be less than the possible overall winnings for the express bet. In some cases, when not all outcomes are predicted, the winning amount may be less than the bet amount, but unlike the express bet, a part of the amount will be compensated due to the results of correct predictions.
“Chain” – A combination of “single” bets including events independent of each other. The value of a single bet for each event in the sequence is the same throughout the sequence. The client has the opportunity to determine the order of bets included in the chain, but will bet only on the first event in the chain. Thus, the concept of a “current account” is introduced. After the end of each single bet included in the sequence, the value of that account is calculated. Initially, it is equal to the value of the first bet. If the value of the counter-current is less than the initial value, the single bet for the next event in the sequence is debited from the account balance. The process of calculating the sequence depends on the order of bets mentioned in the given coupon, and not on the time. The amount that remains on the account after calculating all bets in the sequence is subject to payment. If the value of the counter-current reaches zero, the chain breaks and the bet is considered lost.
“Handicap” – the advantage or safety margin of the participant in the competition, expressed in goals (points), sets, etc., which is provided by the bookmaker's office to the participant with bets on him. The outcome of the event subject to the handicap is determined as follows: the handicap given to the participant is added to the corresponding result shown by the participant in the competition. If the results thus obtained are in favor of the chosen participant, he is considered a winner, and bets on his victory are subject to the handicap win. Payments are made with the winning coefficient indicated in the description of the bets. If the result is in favor of the opponent – the bets are lost. If the outcome subject to the handicap is a draw, then the winning coefficient under such an outcome will be equal to 1 (refund of the bet);

1) Suppose you want to bet on the victory of Cagliari subject to the handicap. The handicap bet on Cagliari (Handicap 2) is equal to “+1.5”. To win with the “+1.5” handicap bet, Cagliari must not lose by more than 1 goal, as the +1.5 handicap will be added to Cagliari’s goals. Let’s analyze all the options:
- Cagliari wins or the teams draw or Cagliari loses by a difference of 1 goal. For example, the final score is 2-1. Taking into account the handicap (+1.5) the result is 2:2.5 in favor of Cagliari (Inter's handicap when determining the result in favor of Cagliari is not taken into account). The bet wins.
- Cagliari loses by a difference of more than 1 goal. For example, the final score is 2-0. Taking into account the handicap (+1.5) the result is 2:1.5 in favor of Inter. In this case, bets on Cagliari's victory taking into account the handicap (+1.5) lose.
2) Similarly, the following variations are possible when betting on Inter's victory, taking into account the handicap “-1.5”:
- Inter wins having an advantage of two or more goals. For example, the final score is 3-0. Taking into account the handicap (-1.5) the result is 1.5:0 in favor of Inter. The bet wins.
- Inter wins with a 1-goal advantage, the teams draw or Cagliari wins. For example, the final score is 2-1. Taking into account the handicap -1.5, the result of bets on Inter with the handicap (-1.5) is 0.5:1, in favor of Cagliari. In this case, bets on Inter with the handicap -1.5 lose.
A double handicap bet is offered (Asian handicap). A bet on a win or total taking into account the handicap, which is a multiple of 0.25 (but not 0.5). Such bets are calculated as 2 bets with half the value: with the same probability and “common handicaps” and “common totals” multiple of 0.5 and close to the common value. In the case when the Asian handicap is included in a parlay or system, it is calculated with the same probability as in the case of a single bet. In case of winning of two common bets, the bet probability “O” is taken into account in the calculations. If one common bet wins and the other is subject to return, during the calculation the probability (“O”+1)/2 is used. If both common bets lose, the whole bet is considered a loser.

If a bet of 200 euros is made on “Real” and “Real” wins: two common bets with half the amount win and the winning is equal to 100*2.0 + 100*2.0 = 400 euros. The game ends in a draw: one common bet with half the value loses, and the other wins with probability “1” and the winnings are equal to 100*0.0 + 100*1.0 = 100 euros. “Real” loses: two common bets with half the value lose and the winnings are equal to 100*0.0 + 100*0.0 = 0 euros. If a bet of 200 euros is made on “Barcelona” and “Barcelona” wins: two common bets with half the value win and the winnings are equal to 100*1.8 + 100*1.8 = 360 euros. The game ends in a draw: one common bet with half the value loses, and the other wins with probability “1” and the winnings are equal to 100*1.8 + 100*1.0 = 280 euros. “Barcelona” loses: two common bets with half the value lose, and the winning is equal to 100*0.0 + 100*0.0 = 0 euros.
“Total” – the number of goals, pucks, points or games scored (launched, won or played) by a participant or participants of the events.
For example:
Suppose the total of a football match is set (the number of goals scored) equal to “4”, and a bet is placed on the total in two outcomes: over or under the given total.
If the match is scored with a total of less than 4 goals (0-0, 1-0, 0-1, 1-1, etc.), bets under “4” win.
If the match is scored with a total of more than 4 goals (4-1, 4-2, 3-2, etc.), bets under “4” lose and bets over “4” win.
If the match is scored with an exact total of 4 goals (3-1, 4-0, 2-2, 1-3, 0-4), all bets on over “4” and under “4” will be returned.
Betting policy
6.1 The values of the parameters (including handicaps, totals) and odds of the events specified in the current day’s line may change after any bet, but the conditions before betting are the same, except in cases of technical and obvious errors in the line.
6.2. The bet amount is understood as the amount confirmed and recorded by the company and accepted.
6.3 The User is the only person who is responsible for the bet. Once a bet is made and its acceptance confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled by the User. Máximabet does not provide any guarantees regarding “losing” or “double” bets made by customers. Please carefully check all the bets you have made.
6.4 The loss of your password cannot be a reason for withdrawal fees or cancellation of the request for payment of winnings.
6.5. The bet is accepted as soon as it is confirmed by the company. All accepted bets are displayed in the “Bet history”. In some cases, there may be a delay before a bet is listed in its history. In case of discrepancy, the time when the bet was registered in the company's system is considered its actual time of submission. If the User has not received any notification about the acceptance of the bet, the bet is still considered accepted if it is displayed in the “Bet History”.
6.6 Communication failures or other technical failures in communication with the client are not a reason for canceling a bet if the bet was registered on the server.
Displaying data
7.1 The company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the offered information services, including data on live events and match services.
7.2 Máximabet strives to ensure that information about live events (such as results, time of a match and statistics of teams/players) is correct. However, this information is presented for informational purposes only. Máximabet is not responsible in case of any errors in this data.
7.3 Máximabet is not responsible for and does not accept any claims regarding the accuracy of the translation from foreign languages of team names and player names.
7.4 If in the indicated event/match more than one participant with the same surname is present and during the acceptance of the bet the athlete's full name or other characteristics that uniquely identify them are not indicated, all bets will be returned.
7.5 If in the name of the match or in the name of the position one or more participants are indicated in the line incorrectly (with the exception of translation errors), i.e. if another team/participant of the tournament is represented and indicated instead of the required one, all bets on this event are recognized as invalid and a refund will be made. Only Máximabet has the right to determine the events that belong to this category.
7.6. In cases where a specific team detail such as a certain age group (e.g. 18-21/youth teams), gender (women) or team status (reserve) is not indicated in the line resulting in the other team being marked in the line instead of the declared one, all bets on that game are void. In other cases, when an incomplete name or possible grammatical errors are indicated in the line, all bets remain in force. If the gender of the teams is not indicated in the line, the gender of the teams is considered to be male. In case of female teams participating in a game, there must be a detailed indication of this in the line otherwise bets on that game are subject to void.
7.7 The date and time indicated in the line are the date and time of the interruption of the acceptance of bets on the event (except for live events) and do not necessarily coincide with the date and time of the actual start of the event. The actual time of the event when counting bets is considered the time of the start of the event, which is determined on the basis of the official documents of the organization conducting the competition, as well as data from Máximabet.
7.8 If the venue of the event is not indicated in the line, in the list of events the home team is indicated first, except for competitions of American sports. All information contained in the “cap” for a particular sport is of an auxiliary nature. Possible errors in the information provided are not grounds for refunding bets.
7.9 When accepting bets for live events, there is a certain delay, the amount of which may vary depending on the sport, market, and other features, and is determined exclusively by Máximabet for the safety and security of subsequent bets.
7.10 For the convenience of customers, taking into account the specificity of live events in which the odds change frequently, a customer can choose one of the following options: “accept all changes in odds”, “accept only for ongoing bets” or “Do not accept bets if the odds change”, which determines, respectively, whether the bet is accepted if during the time of its adjustment the odds change, at any change of the odds, or only in the case when the changed bet exceeds the estimated odds of the customer’s bet.
7.11 Incorrectly indicated date of the match is not a reason for canceling the bet.
7.12 If the match started from the moment it was previously interrupted, and this was not stipulated in the line, the bets are returned.
Intertwined events and outcomes
8.1 In “express” and “system” bets it is forbidden to include different events related to the same match, not even those that are directly interdependent. If such bets include any events related to the given match, then this bet is returned, even if the computer program accepting the bets did not block this bet during its submission. Máximabet reserves the exclusive right to determine whether the events are connected.
8.2 In the game in the absence of the group in “express” and “system” bets, it is allowed to bet only on one team from each given group. If such bets include qualified/non-qualified teams from the same group, then such bets are returned even if the computer program accepting the bets did not block this bet during its submission. Máximabet reserves the exclusive right to determine whether to accept bets on the qualified or non-qualified position in “express”, “system” and “single” bets.
Technical and obvious errors
9.1 The company is not responsible for typing, transfer or counting errors of bets. In particular, Máximabet reserves the right to correct obvious errors made while including information in betting odds and/or calculating the amount of bets (for example, errors in incorrectly indicated odds on teams, incorrectly indicated events, etc.), or declare the corresponding bets invalid even after the completion of the event. The most common types of technical errors are the following:
9.1.1 Errors in inputting odds – when the odds (or the definition of handicap/total, etc.) are displayed without a separator (dot) or with any additional numbers.
Example: instead of the odds 1.8, 18 is displayed, instead of 2, 23 is displayed, instead of 3, 30 is displayed, etc.
9.1.2 “Mirror errors” – when the odds for players are displayed in a diametrically opposite way. In this case, the favorite of the game (including the current favorite in live events) is displayed by a higher coefficient than the coefficient of the underdog of the given event.
Example: Basketball. Barcelona-Unicaja. The winner of the game. Instead of 1.2 and 4, 4, and 1.2 is displayed.
9.1.3 Typing errors – when all the odds are indicated correctly, however, the teams are written in an incorrect order (usually occurs for events taking place on a neutral field).
Meaning for the previous example: entry: Basketball. Unicaja-Barcelona. The winner of the game. 1.2 and 4 instead of Basketball. Barcelona-Unicaja. The winner of the game. 1, 2 and 4.
Clear indicators of obvious errors are: large differences in the odds of Máximabet and other bookmakers, the odds that are almost impossible to occur in a real game situation.
The right to determine whether or not an obvious or technical error was made in any case belongs exclusively to Máximabet.
9.2 Máximabet reserves the right to cancel bets made on deliberately incorrect odds and obvious errors. The client will be informed about changes in the balance immediately.
9.3 Máximabet reserves the right to cancel bets, even after the end of the event, if these bets are won by the user as a result of a technical failure or an obvious error.
9.4 In cases where, for technical reasons, the User's bets were not provided with the required amount of funds, the bets are considered invalid.
9.5 In case of erroneous crediting of funds to the client's account, the client must immediately notify Máximabet about the error. If due to an error a negative balance is formed for the client, the betting company has the right to cancel uncalculated bets despite the fact that they were made before the error occurred.
9.6 The company reserves the right to oblige the User to be held liable for any damage caused if the user intentionally used a technical or administrative error when making a deposit and/or during the withdrawal of funds to his/her account.
Bets on credit
10.1 Máximabet does not accept any bets or provide services to clients on credit. All bets must be confirmed with the funds available on the User's account.
Legal aspects
11.1 Máximabet explicitly states that placing bets and organizing bets, as well as participating in sports betting, multiplayer poker, casino games and games such as lotteries may be restricted by law, or even prohibited in some countries. Such restrictions or prohibitions may be imposed even if the Company has obtained the necessary permission (betting or gambling license) for placing bets and organizing bets.
The User should note that if placing bets or participating in sports betting, multiplayer poker and games such as lotteries is prohibited or permitted only under certain conditions, which are not followed, the liability for any damage caused by this lies exclusively with the User.
The Customer should also note that the Company is not obliged to provide Customers with information, instructions and warnings on a larger scale than in this paragraph. In particular, the Company is not liable for damages suffered by the User due to violation of the relevant legal prohibitions in force in his/her country.
11.2 By evaluating or participating in the games, the User confirms that he/she has reached the minimum age required by law in his/her country and confirms his/her ability to conclude the contract with the Company. In case of non-compliance with these requirements, the User's account will be closed and the necessary measures will be taken.
11.3 The User agrees that his/her personal information provided to the Company during betting, multiplayer poker games, casino games and games such as lotteries, as well as in any other games, is stored and used automatically.
11.4 The User has registered on websites belonging to the Máximabet group of companies more than once and/or has more than one account. In this case, the Company has the right to block all accounts at its discretion and leave only one account corresponding to the country of residence. By registering, the User confirms the exclusive intellectual property of the Company's regulations, as well as the system controlled by them.
11.5 The Company reserves the right to inform Users about special promotions and new products by phone and e-mail.
11.6 Legal relations between the User and the Company are subject to the laws of Curaçao and are regulated by them, with the exception of applicable legal rules of private international law. The place of performance of all obligations in betting and gaming, as well as of the bets themselves, is Curaçao. All disputes arising from or in connection with bets made by customers, if they do not contradict the law, shall be settled by the court in Curaçao having the relevant territorial and subject matter jurisdiction.
11.7 The Company expressly declares that it does not provide Users with any advice (consultation) on tax and/or legal matters.
11.8 No disputes regarding bets may lead to a lawsuit, legal action, as well as claims regarding betting licenses, if the Company complies with the provisions of arbitration.
11.9 In the event of any claims and disputes on the part of Users and persons representing their parties, the Company's liabilities are limited by the size of bets or their possible winnings.
11.10 In case of any dispute or claim, the Máximabet database takes precedence over any other data.
11.11 If there is a discrepancy between the English version of these rules and the translation into another language, the English version is considered the correct one.
11.12 Any dispute issues, including claims regarding the results of the event, are accepted for review by the bookmaker within 5 days from the end of the sporting event.
11.13 Máximabet does not hold Users' funds in separate or separately protected bank accounts. It is important for the User to understand that Máximabet deposits are not held in banks and no interest is accrued on them.
Restrictions on rates
12.1 The bookmaker has the right not to accept bets from any person without giving any reason and reserves the right to close or temporarily block the accounts of individual Users without prior notice.
12.2 The minimum and maximum bet sizes for all sporting events are set by the bookmaker and are subject to change without prior written notice. In addition, Máximabet reserves the right to impose special restrictions on the accounts of individual Users.
12.3 Máximabet does not recommend that two or more Users place bets from the same IP address (from the same computer or the same local network), in order to avoid suspicions of collusion (fraud). In such cases, it is necessary to reconcile the possibility of gambling with Máximabet, explaining the circumstances. Máximabet has the right to block the account of such a User and ask him to send documents verifying his registered identity.

Late Bets
13.1 Bets placed after the start of the event, except for bets on live events, are in all cases invalid and will be returned, and are excluded from “express” and “system” bets. Any bet (including bets on live events) placed on an event, the outcome of which is already known at the time of the bet, is considered invalid and will be returned.

Refund
14.1 If a “refund” is declared for the bet, such bet is considered won with the coefficient of 1. In case of “Single” bets, this means that the User will get back the amount of money placed on this bet. 14.2 If, as a result of the game, the total number of goals scored is equal to the total of the bet and among the proposed results of the total of the given bets there is no option equal to … (the indicated number) of goals, a refund is made. Similarly, for individual totals, player totals, totals of cards/corners/removals, fouls and other parameters, if the final value of the game and the proposed parameter of the total are equal, a refund is made.
User data privacy
15.1 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information related to his account, and must take all measures to prevent the use of personal accounts by unauthorized persons. Match-fixing

16.2 Máximabet reserves the right to suspend the payment of bets and to make a refund of bets for the event, if there are solid reasons to believe that this match was fixed. Such reasons may be based on the size, number and nature of bets made by one or all possible betting methods.
The decisions of the responsible bodies of the relevant federations and regulatory bodies are also taken into account. In such cases Máximabet reserves the right to hand over the information about the involved parties to the competent authorities for further investigation and prevention of similar incidents.
Neutral field
17.1 In cases where the match is transferred to a neutral field (NC), the bets stand. Bets are returned in cases where the match is transferred to the opponent's field. In the event that the match in which teams are from the same city is transferred to another field, bets are valid and are not returned. In international matches, bets are returned only when the match is transferred to the field of an opposing state.
Interrupted events
18.1 An event is considered interrupted if there is no play for an essential playing time specified in accordance with the company rules, even if the result at which the event was interrupted is later confirmed as final.
18.2 Games are considered valid if they have been interrupted, are not finished within the time specified in points 6 and 7 and if the playing time is as follows:

Transfer of events
19.1. If the start time of the event has been changed and otherwise is not stipulated in the rules of the sport, all bets on the event are returned.
19.2. During a game on the passage to the next round, in case of transfer of the game period to subsequent days, or changes of field, the bet remains valid. If the “passage” of the team going to the next round later is canceled for any reason, the cancellation is disregarded, and the settlement is made according to the results of the games played. If the second match did not take place or was interrupted, then all bets on it, including the play-off, are returned.
Payments on the play-off are made only for bets placed before the first match. If none of the matches took place, the bets will be returned.
Calculation of bets

20.4 Results of live events are calculated based on what is known immediately after the end of the event/competition. All subsequent changes (for example, changes by a jury's decision after the game) are not taken into account when deciding on bets. The company itself calculates these bets based on its statistical data on the actual course of the game. Unless otherwise stated, all bets on athletes not participating in the competition will be void.
20.5 In cases where the company's statistics (based on TV coverage) differ from the official statistics, bets are calculated according to the company's statistics.
20.6 If more than one participant or team is declared the winner of the competition, the winning coefficient is divided by the number of winners (the coefficient cannot be less than 1).
20.7 All operations on gaming accounts are made in the currency chosen by the User during registration.

Group/Syndicate Bets and Game/Event Limit.
21.1 Users are obliged to place bets only in their own name. Recurrent bets containing the same selections from one or more customers may be recognized as invalid and be cancelled by the company. Non-participation in the event
22.1 If it does not contradict the special rules of individual sports, when an event participant for any reason cannot take part in the event he was betting on, the bet is considered valid and lost by the customer. Exceptions are the following cases:
The event/tournament is cancelled;
The event/tournament is considered invalid;
The venue of the event has been changed;
The event/tournament is suspended.
22.2 In case of bets “Who is higher” which is, bets with two outcomes, if one of the participants refuses to participate before the event/tournament, the bet is refundable.
Sports rules
23.1 Additional information about the types of bets on different sports is indicated in the sports rules.
23.2 Sports rules take precedence over general rules.
23.3 Some types of bets

Registration

Financial restrictions
